Update #1: Webbing substance has leaked into the inner-workings of the mech&seemingly bonded. Recommend project termination. Update #2: Subject has become unstable. Unforeseen strength&unusual aggression levels render it unusable. Recommend immediate project termination. Update #3: Subject has begun producing a webbing substance. Although similar to Spidey’s, Project Venom’s strain is highly corrosive, being only useful for seconds before dissolving&cutting into most surface areas. Strongly recommend immediate project termination. Update #4: Subject has grown considerably in size&unknown protrusions have begun integrating into the mech’s system. Overall diagnoses&mapping have repeatedly failed. An unknown system of hardware&software have developed in place of the original core. Demand immediate project termination. Update #5: Subject has escaped… You idiots.

Returning through undisclosed means, Thanos sought to gain control of Earth, an intergalactically agreed-upon “off limits” territory. Running a gambit to amass the vast array of cosmic-level weapons found there, he reconstituted a new version of the Zodiac as his localized catspaws, managing to collect a Cosmic Cube. His machinations were inadvertently stumbled upon by an irregular assemblage of Avengers. The heroes’ ranks were soon bolstered by the Guardians of the Galaxy, pursuing Thanos’s activities through their own deep-space investigations, arriving to his base in the Badoon’s homeland. After the heroes were left at the mercy of the the vacuum of space, Thanos activated the Cube. After he defeated the Elders of the Universe, he became one with the Cube&killed the Avengers&Guardians, but actually, they were sent to the Cancerverse. There, Tony Stark found that Thanos’s weapon wasn’t actually a Cosmic Cube&it had defects. They bargained with the Collector; in exchange of a weapon capable of deactivating the “Cube” and return to Earth, the Avengers&Guardians would let Thanos to be defeated by the Elders. With the help of other Avengers, Thanos was taken down&sent to punishment.

Through the countless civilizations he searched, hoping to find the key to the power he sought, Thanos learned of the Infinity Gems, six power objects of unknown origin&vast power, and set out to acquire them. He had obtained all except one, the jade jewel worn on the head of Adam Warlock. Thanos feared to acquire Warlock’s gem directly because it possessed the power to steal souls&he didn’t want to risk forfeiting his own. Observing him, Thanos learned that Warlock had diverged a temporal counterpart, Magus, who was the head of a religious empire&would oppose Thanos’s schemes of stellar destruction. Possessing the capacity for time travel, Thanos hoped to diverge a reality where Warlock never became Magus. Thanos succeeded&while in close proximity to Warlock, he siphoned from his Soul Gem the energies he needed without Warlock’s knowledge. Thanos constructed a single synthetic Soul Gem to hold the energies of the other six. With it, he planned to extinguish the stars one by one. By this time, Warlock learned of Thanos’s threat&traveled to Earth to enlist the aid of the Avengers, resulting in the Titan turning to stone.

Scarlet Witch’s main power is the ability to manipulate Chaos Magic, given to her by the demon Chthon. Wanda’s powers are not fully under her conscious control&even the combined efforts of the Sorcerer Supreme and Earth’s most formidable psychic mind were unable to fully inhibit such effects for long. Maximoff was even able to generate armies from nowhere&revive Wonder Man from another plane of existence. Her powers were sought by Camelot’s mistress of the mystic arts, Morgan le Fay, to bridge the gap between le Fay’s Faerie magic&the Asgardian Twilight Sword, and restructure reality in the conniving witch’s own twisted image. There seemed to be no limit to her powers during, as she was easily able to alter the entire reality at will, and was also altering reality on a near-multiversal scale, permanently shifting the nature of all possible futures without even realizing what she’d done. Maximoff was also shown to wipe anything in her own illusory reality from existence with a thought. Maximoff appeared capable of even causing the loss of 98% of the mutant population&the deletion of the Mutant Genome created by the near-omnipotent Celestials. She is even capable of healing the severely damaged legs of Xavier while all his allies’ efforts failed for countless years.

After the destruction of the Avengers Tower, the main team moved to the Avengers Mansion. There, Steve Rogers decided the team should have friendlier faces, so he contacted Black Panther to offer him a place in the team, but he suggested Rogers to put Storm in. Tony Stark presented the rebuilt Vision, stating he started repairing him during his spare time. Before the presentation of the new team, Wolverine said he was leaving&Spidey followed him with the decision. As soon as Iron Man presented the team to the press, Osborn appeared to discuss his previous imprisonment. It was revealed it was a hologram, which started defaming the Avengers. After Red Hulk smashed the dispositive, the guys planned how to take down Osborn. Iron Man sent groups of two to different locations of where Osborn could be. Every duo was taken down by different HAMMER agents. Quake managed to find out where the Avengers were&helped them escape; when they tried to get out, Osborn arrived with a defeated Vision, commanding Hand ninjas. After touching Red Hulk, the Avengers realized Osborn transformed himself into a Super-Adaptoid; he&the Hand battled the Avengers when the battle was moved to a forest. There, the Avengers decided to overpower Osborn with the help of the New Avengers, Osborn suffered a collapse&was put in a comatose state.
