ニョロモ is two feet tall and weighs 27.3 lbs. Poliwag has newly-developed legs that are not used to walking. It has no arms, but its tail makes it an excellent swimmer. ニョロゾ has highly-developed muscles that allow it to efficiently move on land, though it’s even more agile in water. ニョロボン is 4’3” and weighs 119 lbs. When it swims, Poliwrath uses all the muscles in its body, going vast distances with minimal breathing; it’s even capable of briefly running on the water’s surface. Despite being a better swimmer than Michael Phelps, Poliwrath usually lives on dry land near the water’s edge. イシツブテ, the “rock” Pokemon, is 1’4” and weighs 44.1 lbs. “Geodude” is geo- (Greek for “earth”) + dude. It has incredibly high defensive power, making it virtually resistant to any physical attack. ゴローン is 3’3” and weighs 231.5 lbs. Graveler is based on a boulder and its four arms derive from Hindu gods such as Shiva or Vishnu. Its preferred locomotion is rolling ‘cause it’s a slow walker. If it shatters, it has the ability to restore itself. Graveler climbs a mountain from base to summit, feasting on rocks. ゴローニャ, the “megaton” Pokemon, is 4’7” and weighs 661.4 lbs. Golem is inspired by a turtle, which is believed to have the world on its back in Chinese and Native American myths. Its “shell” represent Earth’s tectonic plates. Its body is so resistant to damage that even dynamite cannot scratch it.
